Hey guys I'll be brief I've got a P4 2.8 300 gig HD, 512 ram,Radeon 9800 pro(128 bit).

I'm going to upgrade to Vista Premium and want to know what is the best HDTV Tuner card. I'm sure I'll have to upgrade the RAM for encoding purposes. Anything else that I'm missing?

I'd recommend the Vbox DTA-150. It's a single tuner that resolves multi-path well and pulls in weaker signals. If you want a dual tuner, I've read good things about the HD Homerun, but don't have any experience with it. I personally own a Vbox 164e Hybrid dual tuner which I'm only using for ATSC. I wouldn't recommend it based on the fact that the drivers are currently being fine tuned by it's user base.
