htpc client/server problems

Hello all.


I've got 3 computers on my network (D-link 4 port router w/DSL);


htpc

laptop

desktop


I am having issues with sharing my files between the three. All 3 computers are set to hibernate or standby after 20 minutes, and when I wake them up, they are no longer visible to each other in "my network places". I have to shut down all three, then reboot in order for them to be visible again. All 3 are set to the same workgroup and all 3 are running XP Pro.


My router is set up for DHCP and auto-assigning ip addresses.


Any idea why this is happening? It's really annoying because I use the htpc to record DVD's and TV and routinely watch them from the other machines.
