Does anybody have a setup like this? I want my HTPC to be able to control my satellite receivers and VCR. I want to be able to control these devices from a web interface. I can handle the software part, but I don't know what hardware is available to do this affordably.

Check on the Girder ( www.girder.nl ) site the UIRT device (seperate topic in the forum). This allows you to transmit IR signals from your PC .
