I've been digging around this site and been trying lots of stuff but the picture I'm getting on my Toshiba 50HX81 when connected to my PC is terrible. Its a bit blurry (especialy at the sides of the screen) and it's suffering from convergence problems. However, regular TV looks fine and a progressive scan DVD player looks great -it's just the HTPC.
I've got a Radeon 64DDR VIVO and I'm running Windows 2000. I've got the latest version of Powerstrip but only a couple of resolutions will display (I've used some of the timings from this site). Right now I'm running 960x540p. I've tried clicking a couple of times on the horizontal refresh (increased and decreased) and it has an effect but it still never gets acceptable.
Please help -I'm running out of energy on this whole HTPC thing...
