HTPC/Crossfire issues

Does anyone have experence setting up an HTPC that use ATI's Crossfire setup. I just recently purchased the second card required to complete the Crossfire. But I have been unsucceful at getting the card to display on my Sony HDTV. I'm connecting to my HDTV using the ATI HDTV adapter with component cables. Before I installed the Crossfire master card my x1900 xt had no problem displaying on that tv. Since I installed the second one it seems that there is a missing option that was there when my other card working on the display. I'm stuck like chuck and have run out of ideas. The only one I have left is when I get home to update the drive. I think a new version has just come out.

Crossfire I beleive has known issues with DVD playback and HTPC use in general. I think the only solution (until ATI fixes the drivers) is to disable crossfire. I could be wrong but this is something that I have heard.

I suggest posting this on Atis forums (assuming they have forums) This is just too unusual a setup to expect an answer.

When running the cards in crossfire mode, it does not support the Avivo technology. You will get a better picture running only one card. I'm not even sure if it will TV-out when in crossfire mode.
