newbie need help.
my current computer setup includes:
pentium 4 2.8GHz w/HT
1024MB ram (x2 512mb sticks) PC2700
wd 160gb 7200rpm
ATi Radeon 9800pro all-in-wonder
generic dvd rom drive
Windows XP PRO w/out service pack 1
Recently i've purchased a JVC 42' HD plasma w/DVI (HDCP input). Should i purchase an "up-conversion" dvd player or should i convert my computer into a home theater PC, utilizing the DVI output from my 9800pro AIW. Since my JVC DVI input is HDCP, will this work with my 9800pro AIW DVI out? Anything i need to know? please help. IS there any software that i can or should get in order to run the home theater pc.
