I am in the process of adding HTPCs to all of the TVs in my house. I already have the box built for the 1080p TV in the basement, and it is working flawlessly.

Unfortunately, a number of the TVs upstairs have only s-video or component inputs and most of the content that I have saved is either 1080p or 720p. I can't seem to find a decent motherboard that has s-video or component out for a 780 or a 9300/9400 chipset. Are there any, or do I need to find another solution for viewing everything on the old TVs?

MSI Media Live DIVA, but I don't recommend it unless you need a built-in audio amplifier. Buy a good discrete graphics card with a 7-pin mini-DIN connector such as this . You will need a HDTV breakout cable for component video. An ordinary S-video cable works.
