HTPC Suggestions?

I currently have a Lenovo q180. It's been two years and I'm ready to throw it out the window in frustration. Bottom line, it's simply not powerful enough to do the stuff I need (WMC, 1080p files, Skype, etc.) I'm a Time Warner subscriber and they flag everything, so I'm stuck with WMC. As much as I'd love to assemble my own HTPC, I just don't have the time. Are there any out of the box options out there? I don't need anything fancy. No gaming, nothing 3D. I just want to be able to watch and record live TV from my HDHomerun Prime, play 1080p mkv files and properly stream Netflix, HBOGO, etc without stuttering. Nothing that my old Dell 530 desktop wasn't able to handle, I just need it in a smaller form factor.

Atom dual core should not have problems working with SDHRP. Anything else, you may be asking too much. For a similar form factor you are probably looking at the NUC, but I don't think they come assembled.

Have Assassin build you one, if you don't have time.

How small a form factor ? Micro ATX small enough ?

Micro ATX I think should work. I don't need to be as small as the q180.
