I am sick of paying the money for Comcast and Direct TV to get my reception and would like some advice on the best way to eliminate them from my life forever and still have the luxury of watching television (High Def preferred)


Any advice is appreciated. I am in PLymouth Massachusetts, which is about 30 minuets south of Boston!

check FIOS from verizon maybe you will have better luck with them. They are not everywhere in mass yet. I have several friends with the service and they are pleased.

However my sister tried to have internet and cable installed and they cancelled her appointment twice a 1/2 hour before they were supposed to be there. When she called to set a new appointment they told her it would be a month and call comcast if she didn't want to wait. More likely just a bad employee and not all of verizon. good luck what ever route you take
