I am looking for you opinons on this issue.
I currently have a 800x600 projector that I am building a HTPC mostly for DVD playback. I also want to added a capture card to the mix, I plain on using it mostly with Dish Network. My main question is this: If I were to get a Wintv-d along with descale, would I get better then Dish Network PQ on those digital stations? Also, I know my projector is only 800x600, but would a real HDTV card result in an even better picture then the wintv-d?
