I have LP340B

I have just bought a LP340B - thought I was getting old stock of the 340 and disappointed when it turned out to be the 340B because of what I have read on this group. The actual model is a LP-0340B-V which may account for some people talking of the V model. Second hand from Infocus (UK) for about $1900 (£1300) which is a saving of $1000 (£700) in the UK - thought I'd give it a go before sending it back - only had two hours on the bulb.

Prejudged to the extreme - this is a good projector - Mars attacks - good colors -. Antz, Small soilders, Matrix. Blacks good - colors better. Very bright. I projected onto white lining paper as have not got screen yet but I think a Matt white da-lite should be ok.

Only prob is my Tivo does not send out a S-Video picture so have to go off the composite :-( any suggestions?
