Well I had one 811 and the Superdish installed SAT.I now want to add another 811 and a 311 BUT dish said call my retailer and order it today.


But retailer is now not interested in this said well we may NOT get paid on addition.


Anyone of late added a box to a thre day old account Cant I deal with Dish direct on getting twp more boxes?


On the Plus installer has run the coax from switch to both of the other sets.


So I am set to go IF I can get a 811 and 311.


Mercy I never dreamed I better decide on th first install and that it is a one shot deal.

I guess I was stupid on my part


Any input at all on this

I changed my equipment 3 days before the install. The retailer had me change the order directly with E. This change caused some install mix-ups. The first installer came with the wrong equipment. When the second installer came with the correct equipment, half-way through the install a third installer arrived, but was pleasantly surprised to see the his job was done.


The lessen I learned is it is best to make sure you know what you want before ordering.
