Hi guys,

I need an internal slim blu-ray Burner for the Htpc, which one Can I choose?

I found at good price the samsung sn-506bb that from the specific seems not bad but I couldn't find any review at all

Then I saw the Silverstone SST-SOB02 Blu-ray - Slot In that costs the triple of the samsung one Why so huge difference?

Then I saw even the panasonic uj-260 and the uj-265a!

I don't know which one to buy!

Thanks a lot to everyone!

Silverstone SST-SOB02 = Panasonic UJ265. I assume you use the drive only for read (not for Blu-ray write). Then buy the cheapest.

Yes, anyway given that I need to buy one I would like to buy one good even for writing, just in case I need it in the future

I was looking ( http://www.avsforum.com/t/1522021/slim-bd-for-a-new-htpc-h87m-itx-i5-4570s ) just similar last week and there isn't too many slim models to choose from...

Newegg has just one: LG CT40N

And notice that you need also Slimline SATA to SATA Adapter (quite few drives come with this), as:

and depending on your case and the type of BD that you will choose, something like this:
