I Need a Tech in NJ

Just starting my search to replace my ailing 8 1/2 year old Vidikron VPF40SE.


It doesn't seem like there are ANY techs in the Northern NJ area on this forum (or maybe they are just lurkers?)


I haven't purchased a new proj yet, but I think I am swaying to a G70 - rebuilt. Maybe a Marquee or maybe an NEC. Are there any tech guys at all in my area who have experience and can install and set up any or all of these systems? I will want a new motorized 16:9 screen and a Line doubler or scaler. I don't want to buy a rebuilt unless I know it can be set up professionally.


I guess my Vidikron will be for sale too. I believe it is a power supply issue - but not sure. It just won't turn on (actually, it seems to start after a day or so). I figure it has around 8,000 hours + , but honestly, I have not really noticed any burn in. Anyone interested?
