Ideal placement for outlet using Mantle Mount?
Not sure if this is the right section to pose this question but I was looking for input on ideal placement for prewired outlet for a Mantle Mount and possible sound bar attached like this:

There is a stud running directly center however 2 things I’m questioning:
1. should I have the builder move the outlet be off centered either to the stud to the left or right so that it isn't blocked once the mantle mount is installed?
2. Should the outlet and speaker wire be raised? It seems like that it is positioned a bit low?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
