The A550 has a USB port for pics/music, but the A530 has better sound (speakers facing forward, rather than down)....atleast i think the speakers are facing forward, can't see them though. I can get them for the same price. Any picture quality differences?
If the LN46A550 and LN46A530 was the same price, which would you buy???

You shouldn't be using the tv's speakers anyways when you can get a 40 dollar set of logitechs that will wipe the floor.

I would go for A550. Speakers facing downward is not an issue to me. The sound wave will bounce off from the TV cabinet or the floor and towards you and elsewhere. An additional USB port is a bonus, sort of a FREE Big screen iPod
