Hello. I am a newbie here. I don't know much about home theater, but I'd like to learn more. Hopefully, I will be able to pick up some knowledge from this forum.

Anyway, I was watching a hi-def PBS show on my aunt's Sony KF-50WE620 TV. The current setup consists of a Verizon FIOS TV Motorola HD DVR connected to the TV via a DVI connection.

Overall, I was pretty impressed with the image quality until one scene. The scene consisted of police lights (red and blue) and the camera zooming closely on the suspects face. What I saw was just image blocks all over the place.

Here are some pictures:

1. Domain = dionson

2. Suffix = com

3. folder = /pics/KF50WE620/

4. filename = index.htm

Please put 1 to 4 together in one line. I can't post URLs because I'm a newbie.

Is this caused by the TV or from the actual FIOS TV setup? What can I do to improve this?

Thanks!
