Make sure you have an anamorphic version of Die Hard on standard def dvd - and play it upconverted in your hd-dvd player via your hdmi connection - and enjoy the movie - and the small fortune you saved by not paying any ransom money to Sony.

I think, I'll just buy the DVD version. My A2 does a good conversion as well.
Thanks.

Having seen the "unrated" version of DH4, it ain't worth it. It seems very thrown together.

Thats funny because thats the version that was originally filmed. It was the PG-13 version that was "thrown together" at the last minute to make more money.

Might as well get DH4 on DVD, since blu is PG-13 only.
A Pg-13 Die Hard, don't seem right. Don't seem right atall![]()
Probably won't be an import unless Finland or Russia make a HD version.
PS it not impossible, 15:10 lähtö Yumaan (3:10 to Yuma) was/is supposed to come to HD this year from Finland. Hadn't heard any more about it since December. Mr & Mrs Smith was available on HD from Poland and they weren't listed as distributor in IMDb
