In Bruges...is this pricing/release info accurate?

Has anyone checked Amazon recently? They have this listing for In Bruges:

Not only is it odd that there's all of the sudden a listing, but it's also releasing in two weeks. Furthermore, there's a list price of $50. Does anyone know what's going on here? I can't find anything online regarding the matter. I have never seen the film, but I have heard great things and want to buy it. Even though the SD release is cheap, I would love to wait for blu-ray.

Thanks!

It's 101 distribution so it's probably a Canadian import. But amazon Canada doesn't have one up. Probably still the real deal though.

Still have my fingers crossed Uni will give it a domestic release. They put Colin's Golden Globe win on the cover some where.

Out in France on the 14th, though at 28 Euros, pricing isn't attractive:

The Australian version is out on the 21st, and priced rather more reasonably at
According to the cover image it's the Nordic release.
Hope the Aussie release in region free. I'd hate to pay $35 for the domestic(if it is actually domestic), but will if need be, the movie is great!
If this gets a region-free release, I'm all over it. One of my favourite movies of 2008. Brilliant movie.
Amazon (US) has started selling region free BD imports, hence the higher prices. I have the Machinist coming next week.

I just noticed that they (US) started listing imports for sale. Id definitely like to pick up The Machinist and In Bruges.
Does anyone know if the French BD has forced French subtitles?
I'll happily pay $35 for this movie. I was in Bruges about a month after they filmed this for my honeymoon and they have done a great job of chronicling my visit (minus blood and hookers). Our hotel is even in there.

Search for it on the Amazon US site.
Just received my copy from Megastore.se today. I'll be watching it tonight and ditching my SD copy.

Please let us know if you think it's worth $35

YES! Ordered! I thought this was region locked!
Well I just finished watching..PQ to my eyes is outstanding. I have no special set up so I can't grade the AQ . Box states it was DD 5.1 and DTS-HD. Aspect ratio is 2:35:1

I'm pretty sure the title listed on Amazon US is not the UK release (though same region). My reason for seeking the UK release from a UK site etc is there were several titles from the UK I wanted to order...combined with shipping might be cheaper than buying the single Amazon US version...when everything is netted out.

I'm thinking the import version selling at Amazon U.S. is either the Danish or Norwegian release. . .though the all-english cover might not be accurate.
