I think you're mixing terminology. The region codes are used to restrict playback of commercial DVDs. DVD-18 is a double sided disk with two layers on both sides, but those layers are pressed not burned with recorders.


Recordable disks are limited to a single layer, so the highest capacity is 9.4 GB (double sided with a single layer you can record to on each side.)


So the answer to your question is no where, since DVD-18 recordable media do not exist. Perhaps someone can suggest a good source for reliable double sided media.

newegg.com has decent prices on 2-sided DVD-RAM. The cakebox of 25 for $129.99 (w/ free shipping) comes out to $2.60 per side for 100,000 writes. Not bad. I've used dozens of these with my HS2 and E80 and have never had a problem.
