Hi everyone

I do not know where to post this but maybe here...

Does anyone of you have tried the a2z solution to obtain a big screen with almost nothing?

The A2Z technology ad is on the top of the avsforum 1st page.

For 12.95$ what do you think?Does it worth a try for playing ?:D

Any info welcome:p

It's one of those "stick a fresnel lens in front of your TV and turn it upside down" things. Yes, it does actually project an image, but it's not one you'd really want to use.

I'm not really sure what they're trying to accomplish with an ad here, of all places. Also, the web site makes it abundantly clear that you're ordering from a megalomanical 12-year-old, but that's another issue altogether.

Ok I just called Joseph Alacchi, he is the guy behind A2Z. They are in Montreal, Canada.

I asked him point blank if this was just a black box and a fresnel lens and he said yes it is that kind of concept. I am sure they have some 'special' version of this old method but that seems to be all it is.

There are free instructions for this kind of thing on the net.

I got his number thru a simple whois.

I have never seen one of these things in person but my understanding is that they are a novelty at best. He must be selling a few of them, as he has gone to a real domain, he also has an older version of the site on geocities. This is the Current Site and there is also the Old Site . He even has a get rich quick scheme at the old site here . Ya get what ya pay for.
