Does anybody know where I can find info on old Sony pj's?

I want to know when they were manufactured, technical specs and tips on tweaking. Are there any good sites considering this?

Thanks, it seems to be what I was looking for. But I couldn't find anything about manufacturing periods, does anybody know? For example the Sony 104x series, when were they produced?
