Hello Group,

I am building a home theater in my basement. I have a 16 foot wall and about 8 foot tall viewing area. I bought the 4805 and all ready did a test viewing on the wall. Well , the dry wall isn't up yet but soon.

My next purchase will need to be a screen. I only have two small windows in the basement, so i can make the room very dark.


Any suggestions for a screen, matt white , high contrast, grey ? make and model.

If you are looking for a pull-down screen I would suggest a simple Da-lite model B. Either Matte white or HCMW would be fine for a light controlled basement. I have a similar set up in my basement and I went for the basic matte white.


You should set a budget - are you looking for a fixed screen, electric screen, or pull down screen?
