HUH? man, for a problem known by many I'd think they would just fix it being its something they know about. I did address a problem (voltage problem) with it also...didn't even bother asking them about a price...I mean 1000 hours and my 7200's wheels fell off. Irregardless of timeframe, I'd think that the problems (of which the tech csr knew about and had an answer for immediately) are known by them, one would think they would help ya out by correcting their mistake. I'm out in left field by myself on this one...what a bummer. Sorry, just bummed.
