I recently Emailed Infocus (via their website) about a problem with my IN82.

Ater not receiving and type of response, I emailed them again.

Still have not had any response.


I know that I will never buy one of their products again after this lack of response, I was wondering what other people think of Infocus and their customer servie?

The customer service is second to none. You need to call them. I've called at least three times with questions. There was always someone there to answer my questions and they were always very helpful.

Hmmm, I am in Australia, so a bit hard to call them.

I asked them about service agents heere but zero response.

Their website shows a company in Melbourne but that companies website only lists places in another state.

So this number 1300-290-922 in Australia doesn't get you anyone ? Info shows support available Mon - Fri, 9am -5pm Local Time.

I went to infocus.com and could not find an Australian number, can you tell me where it is listed?


Also, still does not explain why no response to emails.

There's something wrong with the email system. I'm not sure of the problem. It has been that way for quite a while. Here's a link to what you seek mate https://portal.infocus.com/support/P...c=IN82&on=help . Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Looks like there was a firmware update on your unit as well posted last year. It can be found under document and tools tab.
