INHD included in which Comcast tier?

What do you have to sign up for with Comcast to get the INHD channels? Is it typically included with just a limited basic subscription plus the HD box rental?

For now, it is available with limited basic. Plans reportedly call for it to move to digital plus later this year.

If you want the HD DVR, a digital subscription will also be required.

Okay, I thought that had been posted. I'm a high churn member so I guess I'll sign up for HDTV again. I called Comcast last week and the PSR told me it was not included. But experience has shown they often don't really know. So since there is no (limited?) startup cost I guess I'll try it again. All the PSR thought I'd get was ABC, NBC, PBS, and (IIRC) CBS and I get those just fine with antenna anyway so I didn't bother last week.

Sucks about the PVR though. There is a fairly large difference in cost between my $9 / month for limited basic with my broadband service and even the minimum digital tier. It's currently way more than I'm willing to pay but the HD-PVR might make it come close when that becomes available.

It really depends what region you're in.

Here in the Boston area it's included (along with ESPN-HD) with Digital Classic for $5/mo.

In Northern California its also part of Digital Classic ($9.95/mth). Digital Classic includes ESPNHD and about 25 SD channels
