the screen wall will have a stage....on the stage from top to bottom .......tower...sub...center...sub...tower....the rears are bookshelves.. i may add some dipole/bipole speakers to the sides of the seats for 7.1..............

is this configuration going to be an acoustical nightmare?

The "rear" speaker position you show would be for the rear surrounds of a 7.1 system.

That location is incorrect for a 5.1 setup. 5.1 surrounds should be between 90-120 degrees of the main seating position ... that would be to the sides and slightly behind the main listening position as shown below:

This is a 7.1 setup:

Avoid "dipoles"!

Use bi-poles instead.

How about having my seating up against the side wall, will that screw up my audio enough to scrap this idea?

The seat right against the wall will be pretty crappy but the other three should be OK.
