I am trying to download some videos from the browser in the PS3, and it says "Insert storage media at the save destination". Is there a way to get it to copy the files to the HD?


Also, I have some HVDVD_TS movies that I'd like to copy to my PS3 from a server on my home network, and then play on the PS3. Are there any progs for the PS3 that accomplish this yet?

Some vids I got lately were mp4 and I would get that message too.


If you put them on a USB flash drive in a folder called "video",.. then it will find them with ease.


Perhaps something they will address with FW updates on down the line.

p.s. I don't think it plays Ts files unless you re-name them mpg
