Insight Communciations Moto DCT6412 Software Update (12/15)

It seems that Insight upgraded the software on the 6412 boxes last night. Prior to this upgrade, I was able to activate the 30 second skip function on the silver remote. Now, this doesn't work. Also all of my settings were deleted last night. The picture in guide function is not working properly with this new software release. Instead, the video is displayed behind the on screen guide and you can only see maybe 1/8the of the video. Also, I have had problem after problem today with the DVR functions.


I contacted Insight and they confirmed some updates to their boxes, but they said they haven't had any reports of any problems. This was from a tech that I was transferred to. Anybody else out there with an Insight 6412 experiencing problems?
