I am looking for a QAM HDTV receiver and came across a sale on ebay for an Integra HD-7000. They want $180.00 for it. Anyone have any experience with it? It isn't clear if it is QAM. They do mention cable compatable but no memtion of QAM.

You don't want to touch Integra products with a 10 foot pole if you care about any tech support whatsoever.


In their 912s model they wired the DVI incorrectly and have no intention of fixing it for anyone, for example.


Actually, I took a look at the unit and I'm pretty sure I know where these came from, I would not plan on it supporting QAM, these are optional features on these boxes (they are actually the IT9xxx models), and if it doesn't mention it it probably doesn't have QAM.


You can try to look here, http://www.integra.co.kr/, the HD7000 name was used by a company that was selling these in California so you can't tell from their model number what optional features it has, but I can tell you my unit does not do QAM.
