Setting up a home theater in an existing room will require me to run a plastic raceway along part of the ceiling toward the projector. I plan on placing two vga cables in this raceway. since i also need power at the projector can i also run romex in the same raceway? Will it cause interference with the video signals? If so,instead of romex can I cun 14-3 bx cable in this raceway using the third wire for my ground so the the metal casing could act as a shield?

Thanks very much to all who can help out with an answer or suggestion.

Running flexible metal conduit will help somewhat to reduce the likelihood of interference. Odds are you will be OK but don't quote me on that. If you are running long VGA cables and do experience PQ problems, don't right off assume it is due to the electrical - there can be problems running long VGA under some circumstances. See one of my posts in this thread for more info.
