There are sligbox files available, but is there a way to convert _JU.bin or _PL.bin into replaytv rid file format?

Can't find any rmdu as well for kbox. If you have, can you please post?

All I've found in my readings thus far is: Procedure for Going From a JP1 File for KeymapMaster (.TXT) or RemoteMaster (.RMDU) to a RID File

My CECB/STB Notes are in: [How-Do-I] Control My NEW OTA / CABLE Digital STB With My OLD ReplayTV?

Is there any discussion of _JU.bin or _PL.bin files on the JP1 Forum?

How are _JU.bin or _PL.bin files created?

Does anyone have IR code for the new KBox K1 prodigy STB?

Copied from my reply to another poster in another (similar) thread ( IR Codes for ComcastThomson DTA ):
  1. JP-1 Forum lists RID:
    • DOWNLOAD the RID from the JP-1 Forum
    • Using the FlipFlop RxLinux ISO CD or WiRNS, install the RID on your ReplayTV.

    .
  2. JP-1 Forum doesn't list RID:
    • PURCHASE a Learning Remote with a JP-1 (6-pin) interface
    • PURCHASE a JP-1-to-PC (USB or Parallel) cable
    • DOWNLOAD the necessary "How Do I Create a Custom RID" programs from the JP-1 Forum
    • LEARN the required codes on the Learning Remote
    • TRANSFER the codes to your PC
    • CREATE a RID file on your PC
    • Using the FlipFlop RxLinux ISO CD or WiRNS, install the RID on your ReplayTV.

I know it is a two month old thread but just fyi... You can import those bin files into Remote Master. Under Advanced, choose "Import Binary Upgrade", then load one of them. Then you can save it as an rmdu or just get the numbers you need for RidGen right there.

gl... if you get a working code on your replay send me a copy of it! (please)
