IR Codes for Elan?

Anyone out there have the IR codes for the presets on the Elan VIA! DJ MP3 server available? The latest firmware (allegedly) supports discrete codes for them, but they are not in the remote supplied with the unit - they have to be learned from the dealer-only VIA Tools. Neither the dealer from whom I bought the unit nor Elan have been able to provide them after numerous requests, leaving me with a very expensive paperweight (current multizone system is IR-only, will be adding touchpanels in the new system in the newly-renovated home).
