Does anyone know if there is an IR emitter built in? I am trying to figure out how entering a channel on the TV menu allows it to change the channel on the Directv box. I have a closed cabinet and when the door is closed it will not change the channel but when its open it changes just fine. I have an older samsung TV that came with a separate emitter that i hooked up to the back of the tv but this new one did not come with one.
