No... this is not an ad...

My niece trashed my sister's 52" Bravia with what else..... a Wii remote!

Hit it basically dead center while trying to bowl a 100 pin frame.

ARGH @#)($&@#**

Anyhow... I told them it's basically a throw-a-way. My brother-in-law is still trying to get over it so it just sits there. Looks cool when you turn it on.

Anyhow... is there any value in such a thing considering the panel is the most expensive part? I seriously doubt it but opinions would be welcome.

The only value it may have is for the parts. Sometimes on craigslist in my area I see tv repair people ask about buying broken HD tvs, usually in the electronics section. Or you can post a listing with make, model and what happened and see if you get any responses for the remaining useable parts.

You also can try calling some tv repair shops in your area and see if they are interested in the parts.

ROFL! The game maybe TOO realistic.

Sell the parts man. Take it apart and note everything's P/N and list it on eBay.

To broaden their appeals and get more bidders, look for the manuals on the NET see what other models the parts are compatible for, and list accordingly.
