Two conflicting sources for the movie 'Gone in 60 Seconds'...


High-Def Digest lists the LPCM track as:

Disney has given 'Gone in 60 Seconds' the uncompressed PCM 5.1 surround treatment (at 48mHz/24-bit), and it is another solid effort.




Our Unofficial Blu-ray Audio and Video thread lists the LPCM track as:


16-bit/48kHz

Its say 24bit on the back of the box.

I asked about this a few weeks ago..


Apparently, it was a mis-print. Just a 16bit/48kHz PCM track. Dinosaur, Enemy of the State and Pearl Harbor are the only true 24bit PCM tracks that I know of. (thanks to the info on the "unofficial bitrate thread".)

I have the DVD. It's got a nice DTS 5.1 track on it. I just skip to the part where the mustang gets stolen. The first 1/2 of the movie is to avoid.
