Hey all,

so I purchased a DNX7120 off ebay the other night. The owner emailed me today & told me that while he was taking it out of his car today to package it up, he accidentally dropped it. He plugged it back in & the lights on the front come on, however the display/screen does not come on. The screen is not cracked though.


Here is exactly what his message stated:

He refunded my money, but I am thinking about re-purchasing it from him for a lesser price and having the unit repaired by my local Kenwood service center.


Please chime in on what you think needs to be repaired and your best guess of how much the repair will cost..

I will be calling him tomorrow to follow up and let him know what I have decided.

Don't get it.. could be a bad screen, drive or motherboard..
