Suggestions please - Wanting to use a multi-channel power amp (not receiver) and use my Creative Audio Audigy 4 to do the decoding. What options do I have?

do a search on here for "Pre/Pro" or something along those lines.


Basically yes you can, there are a select few folks here you get a good high end audio card with good DACs and use that as their pre/pro instead of an AV reciver or dedicated pre/pro box.


Then from the higher end aduio card (something lke the X-Fi or Maudio pro's) you run your analog out's into the amps.
