Is my HDMI input broken?

I have a Panasonic 50" plasma and dish network VIP622 receiver. I unplugged the receiver to hard reset it the other day (no sound was coming to the TV - this has happened before). After I plugged it back in, I got no signal on the HDMI input.


Otherwise, everything else works fine. I don't have another HDMI source to use to test to see if it is the TV or the receiver that is bad. I really hope it is the receiver that is bad (easy to warranty replace) rather than the TV (big pain in the neck). Without another HD source, can I test to see where the problem is? Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks for the help john - this sounds like my problem. That really sucks though. I just had everything setup perfectly too :(


I have to reprogram my Harmony remote now - glad that is a breeze to program!
