I just recently bought a HTPC off a forum member and have updated it for Blu-ray, ie; added a LG blu-ray burner,4 gigs of ram, TMT3 . It has a duo core 5200 I believe and a gigabite 8500 videocard.

when I first got it back form the computer guy at work it would only play a few moments and would reboot/crash/something crazy
and give me a "video driver failed " message or something so I went to the envida site and downloaded the newest driver . That seem to fix it for the most part but it still seem to fail once or so in some movies ,is the 8500 borderline for blu-ray? seems to play with less trouble from hard drive than disk

8500 GT is good enough for BD movies. Exactly what movie(s) does it fail to play?
