Is there a tool to bust a High Def mpeg file up?

I looked in "Free killer apps for your HTPC " but did not see what I am looking for.

I have a 27 Gbyte High Def mpeg file that my DDS-4 dat drive SW will not allow me to backup.

Called the manufacturer of the SW and they said that the largest file I can backup is 4 Gbyte.

Is there a tool that will let me bust this mpeg file into a bunch of smaller (like 4 GB files) so I can use by backup program?

It also would need to cleanly break them up (At a packet boundary) so I could append them back together for use with MYHD.

Thanks,

Joe

You know you could always use WinRAR and split the file up. Obviously you wouldn't want to compress it because it would take forever but you can just do the split.

Thanks - I use that tool for conversion between formats but I never considered it as a tool to convert Transport Stream to Transport stream.

Are you sure that it will not do anything to the data?
