I have a Sony BDP-S6200, which has absolutely no analog audio/video output. It is small enough to be used as an AC-powered portable CD/SACD player. There are times I plan on snatching it from the livingroom to use as a semi-portable audio player. All I need is something USB-powered and small in size I can plug stereo headphones into which would accept Blu-ray's HDCP, and multi-channel PCM and DSD via HDMI. If DSD would be too expensive, as long as it accepts Blu-ray's HDCP and PCM at 192K, I should be alright with that.

Unless you plan on getting a Sony HW-700DS, the other alternatives are basically just 2.0 audio solutions using an audio stripper.

The Sony does all that but the processor box requires an AC adapter while the headphones are wireless.

Otherwise an hdmi audio stripper only will present you with Dolby digital or DTS if you're using the TOSLINK or SPDIF, or 2 channel PCM if using analog out.
