I had a tech try to install a C-kit and a new Dimond 5 X 8 multiswitch.
After much trouble we got the c-kit working with the existing 4 X 4 but when we tried to add the new multiswitch we ran into an issue with the configuration.
I got a signal from all 3 positions(101,110,119) but the even transponders up to 20 had no signal for the satellite at 101.
Does this sound like an install issue or a bad multiswitch?
