Hi:

I just visited a friend in Seattle who has the same Pioneer plasma. His picture was unbeliveably better than mine, we watched recorded CSI (HD) as well DVDs. He told me that he recently had the TV calibrated (ISF ???). I am still speechless, especially after getting home and looking at my TV again. (For anyone that cares, I did use the DVDs that supposedly allow one to callibrate the thing at home... not the same thing!)

Where can I get this done in the Boston area? How much does it cost? I feel like I am watching standard definition again!

The best place to find one is http://www.isfforum.com/

There are only active and the best. In other two sites you can find guys:

calibrating their own equipment only (sold and installed)

with equipment but not active or

without training (certificate).

Check also Tweeter.

P.S. I can do it for you
