Hi I had 2 questions. First off I know I can get a list of certified calibrators from www.imagingscience.com . But I thought I would ask here to see if any members had particular companies they would or would not recommend to use to get a set calibrated in Manhattan. My set is a 32" Sony xbr wega (KV-32XBR400).

Second off, what would be a ballpark figure to get this set calibrated? I recently had to get a part replaced on the set and since then despite multiple visits from the tech who did the replacement I am still less than thrilled with the picture, straight lines are no longer straight on the set! And I am a little leery of mucking around in the service menus myself.

Thanx for any advice.

Check out www.avical.com. I had Eli calibrate my RPTV and the picture is fantastic. Eli takes pride in his work. The pricing and everything he does to a television is posted on his web site. I will have him back in a year to recalibrate my set.
