Friend is trying to use the "new youtube" app under "internet content" on the tv. You hear audio , but no video. Screen is black.

Only way to get youtube to work is to mirror it off a phone. But the actual youtube app on the tv itself doesn't give video. Is this a known issue? Other apps like netflix and amazon video work fine. Just not the "new youtube" app.
