I got this set last Saturday and since day one there has been a "Judder" problem when watching blu rays off my htpc. I turned Film Mode from advanced to standard then off and the issue still remains. Its not a skip or anything it just looks like it does frame1 -> frame 1 -> frame 3 without going to frame 2. I have my htpc going through my Yamaha RX-V665BL via hdmi and then to my lcd via hdmi.


Any ideas on how to fix this? If not is this something that affects all lcd's? or will other sets like the 55lh90 be a better choice?

Did you install the latest firmware for your tv ? You can get it from the sharp site.

Yep, it came with the newest installed. Made sure Fine Motion Enhanced and Film Mode were both turned off. About to watch a blu ray and see what it does.
