It's All Here - is it still?

I don't watch much CBS anymore, but does CBS run the promo "It's All Here" anymore during commercials?

I was describing it to a few friends recently (somewhat new to the HD scene) but I can't recall when the last time was I saw the promo.

I saw it over the summer in June or July but that was the last time I saw it.
It's been a very long time since I have seen it.
Yeah, but it depends. I've never really seen it since my affil always runs local commercials over it. I think I've seen the last two seconds when someone in the control room didn't switch on time. :) So, how do we know if they are 'running' it? (I think I've seen the general concept picture on the CBS.com website, no?)

Bottom line: was it really a commercial, or a space-filler that affils could run their own stuff over? (Now, my local is not an O&O, so does that make a difference? :) )
It's been on occasionally -- the "TV show" one (slightly revised to remove "The Handler" stuff, for example) and the "Sports" one.
I think they are cheaping out on producing a new primetime promo in HD. The "primetime shows" promo that I've been seeing this season is always 4X3 SD, then they'll immediately follow up with the old "sports" promo in 16X9 HD.

Hammer
Sniff sniff, how I long for the good old days of HDTV.
Hell I'm not so sure that the Seattle CBS station to name at least one, still doesnt show it all the time. I could be wrong but it wasnt that long ago I noticed it (not any loop in particular, just meaning a long Network promo of some kind..and the same one every break.. instead of local ads). Always kind of made me laugh that a station in a market that size wouldnt bother inserting local commercials/local news teasers on the HD feed by now. Be one thing if it was a tiny market not bothering and just letting the Network HD feed play through the whole break.
I think they still show it during the local commercial breaks, it is just now most stations have the equipment to insert their local commercials over it. I have seen the last couple of seconds of it just a couple of days ago when KOVR in Sacramento switched back to the HD feed a second or two early after the local commercial break. Brought back memories of the old days, way back in 2003.
Remember the good 'ol days of early MTS TV stereo when NBC had the cool graphic that would spread across the bottom of the screen?
