Last Superbowl XXXVII we were introduced a few flicks..just small

hints of what was coming to the silver screen then eventually onto our trusty Dvd players....The Hulk , Matrix comes to mind as well X-Men.

Some may say these movies weren't great when they did come...but

aren't we a little excited to see whats coming soon next week during the SB?

The typical Bud commercials and such will be there...I bet the ongoing

"it's not my fault we lost"..or" I can't do it all " or Lenny time will be a hit.

What do you think we will see ?

The film trailers I would like to see are:

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind;

Kill Bill Vol 2;

[begging mode on]

Last year, I think it was, someone kindly captured movie trailers in Hi-Def format and posted links here in this forum. Being from the UK I don't have access to any Hi-Def broadcasting, so don't get to experience any of these films in that format.

It would be fantastic if someone could be kind and provide that service again. On the legality of it, I am sure movie execs want people to view the trailers to get interest in the films.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind trailer is up and available in quicktime.

The trailer for Kill Bill v 2 is a bit disappointing, for me at least.

For a movie to get Superbowl time the movie co. must be banking on it to make big bucks.

What movie in the list I made yesterday do you think they will try to cram down our throat?

I have seen Troy and Harry Potter previews on INHD. My guess is they will make it to the Superbowl as well.

The sad thing is the fact that there isn't a original story in the bunch.

LAS VEGAS, NV, January 30

NFL puts damper on Vegas Super Bowl party

http://www.krnv.com/Global/story.asp...6&nav=8faOKWCK

Big screen TV's are causing a problem for a Las Vegas casino planning a Super Bowl party.

The NFL has sent a letter to the Palms Hotel Casino over an advertisement.

The Palms planned a super-sized party for Super Bowl Sunday, with the game to be shown on theater-sized big screens. But the NFL is barring the casino from showing the game on the big screens.

Jim Hughes is the General Manager of the Palms Hotel. He says it is all about copyright laws. "Copyright laws that the National Football League is quoting allows us to show it on big screen TV's up to 55 inches in diagonal. However, forbids showing it on any kind of a screen larger than that or any kind of commercial screen."

More than 600 tickets had been sold for the Palms Super Bowl party. The hotel is now refunding the money and offering a free Super Bowl party to those who had tickets, with the game on 130 regular-sized screens.
