Good afternoon,


I'm hoping that someone has some good hints to he lp me out. I've moved to a new house in a new city. This has caused a few problems;


1. My wife had a recurring record for a local news channel at our old address. This causes an error message to be sent every day. How do I cancel this? I can't seem to figure out how to cancel a recurring recording because when I go to the guide, it (obviously) does not show the old TV station. hmmmm.......


2. On my other ReplayTV when I log into MyreplayTV.com, it correctly displays what I have recorded, but it does not list anything under the channel guide. I do get a channel guide on the ReplayTV itself.


Any ideas?

1. You'll have to delete the recurring recording from the REPLAY GUIDE.


2. Unsubscribe/delete your account at MyReprayTV.com, wait 24 hours, then re-subscribe.
